About Rhodes-Warden Insurance

Rhodes-Warden Insurance, Inc. was formed in 1962 by the merger of the Keith Rhodes Insurance Agency and the William H. Warden Insurance Agency. The original office was located at 880 Main Street, Lebanon, Oregon and continued to operate from there until 1981 then moving to the agency's present location at 2545 S. Second Street, Lebanon, Oregon.

In 1989 Rhodes-Warden Insurance opened its first branch office in Albany, Oregon. The Albany branch operated from temporary office locations until moving to the agency's present location at 1129 Hill Street, Albany, Oregon.

In 2010 Rhodes-Warden Insurance acquired the Cammack-Kingsley Insurance Agency in Stayton, Oregon, expanding their service in the Mid-Willamette Valley.
